These photographs are about cooking at the faraway island of Pantelleria . Pantelleria is closer to Tunisian coasts than to Italian ones, so its cuisine is a mix of different flavours. Capers and Passito wine are two local excellent products. Northern african cous cous and fish- fish-fish complete the ingredient list. This shooting was tuned with a reportage about a Dammuso villa ( peculiar island's building )
